I’m almost done with my third child going through Dr. Reynolds’s office and the braces process. The service has been outstanding and it has been a painless process. Dr. Reynolds, and his fabulous staff, has always been kind and helpful. They are happy to anwser questions, accommodate my hectic schedule when choosing appointment times, and the financial coordinator Deligh makes the insurance process a breeze. I can only wish that all health care providers were as customer oriented at the Reynolds’s team. Thank you for a wonderful experience of years of appointments spread across three kids! My kids teeth are beautiful!!!

This is our 3rd family member that has gotten braces through Reynolds Orthodontics and as usual they did a tremendous job and were very pleased with the results. Dr. Reynolds and staff are very thorough and friendly and make us feel like family. Whenever we had a quick question or needed a bracket cut or fixed, they were able to get us in very quickly. It's always a joy to go to our appointments and look forward to the rest of our family getting their beautiful smiles created by the Dr. Reynolds and staff.

We always have a wonderful experience at Reynolds Orthodontics. It doesn’t matter which location the warmth and love are consistent. We are ALWAYS greeted with smiles and a familiarity that ensures that we are more than patients. The entire staff is phenomenal and Dr. Reynolds and Deigh are an absolute Godsend. We were referred to 2 other local orthodontist but my heart was driven to return here for my son’s care. We have been apart of the Reynolds’ family for over 10 years and we would not have it any other way. I started and completed my journey in GBO and my son is starting now at the Summerfield location. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I chose Dr. Reynolds for my Invisalign after consulting with three other orthodontists in Greensboro. I was so impressed with him, his entire staff, and the thoroughness of their business practice. Not only did he take preliminary photos and x-rays, he was also kind enough to share them with another ortho I had a consultation with! Incredible. I am so glad I chose Dr. Reynolds' practice. It has been over a year now and not once have I had an unpleasant experience. I have now brought my young daughter who will be getting braces in the next year or two. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds!

Dr. Reynolds and his team were recommended to me by my dentist, Dr. Robert Young. What resonated with me was that Dr. Reynolds is not known to give up easily nor end a treatment just because the pay period is over and they have 2 convenient locations. I am in my late 40s and had braces in postgrad that damaged my teeth’s alignment, partly because I did not have time to follow-up when I was supposed to and I had a mediocre Orthodontist. Dr. Reynolds has been very patient, and although he and his team would have wanted a much better result, I am beyond happy with the outcome. The simple act of eating/chewing is back to normal and he gave me a great smile. His team from the front desk to his assistants, especially Milli, are all wonderful and capable. They are always on time, their reminder system is more than adequate, you always leave their office feeling “they got this”. Maybe my best compliment is that my 14 year old is now his patient as well.

I am very thankful for the encouraging staff at Reynolds Orthodontics. While having braces isn't the most enjoyable process, their staff make it as joyful and enjoyable as possible. I wouldn't recommend anybody go anywhere other than Reynolds. They take care of you, get to know you personally, and provide the best service and support there is!

Dr. Reynolds is by far the most precessional, caring, and detail-oriented healthcare professional I know. I have had three of my children under his care for braces, and every dental situation has been unique, but the love they received from Dr. Reynolds and his staff was not: from the first appointment to the last, the kids felt the respect and kindness from every person in the office. I recommend Dr. Reynolds to every family in search of a great orthodontist!!! Not one of these families has been disappointed! You won't either!!

We love Reynolds Orthodontics!! Besides having an excellent and friendly staff and the accessibility of two offices, Dr. Reynolds is so kind and knowledgeable. He is thorough in his assessments and wise and economical in developing an orthodontic plan. And he came up with a plan so that our daughter wouldn't have to have braces twice! Dr. Reynolds and his staff are wonderful!!! They are punctual, friendly and always willing to work around our busy schedules. He has been following my son since our dentist referred him at age 7. He has had his braces on for 1 1/2 years now and we have been very pleased with his progress! We came here for my daughters braces. She had a very negative experience with a pediatric dentist, so we were very nervous about seeing someone new, however she was very much in need of constant care with her teeth. It was very important for us to give her the best, and easiest treatment. Dr. Reynolds and staff have always been very eager to work with us on many levels, not only with us, but he always makes sure to forward information to our dentist as well. They have always been courteous and friendly and have gone above and beyond in helping us take care of her orthodontic care. They were so nice in working with us on a payment schedule, and after researching whats out there, we found out they provide the most up to date care available. I was also pleased to see all that he does to give back to the community. My son will need braces in a few years and you can bet we will be here to get them! Definately a great place to go.
